The project is located in the southern part of the city, in the 2nd zone of reconstruction. Territory entirely built up with one-story houses and several industrial buildings, which in combination with a large number of engineering networks has created significant difficulties in dealing with planning area. In addition, the route of the proposed subway crosses the territory of the district, which also has complicated planning decision.
In the district is applied a two-stage service system, which allows to provide the population in primary and routine maintenance within the optimum range availability.
Buildings are formed as residential groups organized on the basis of certain facilities maintenance. The modulus of the first group adopted by a primary care unit, built in the 1st floor of a 9-storey residential house and a nursery-kindergarten for 280 children.
Area – 42 hectares.
